By accessing or booking services with Moonlight Day Spa, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Appointments – Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to accommodate other clients.

  2. Cancellations – We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

  3. Health & Safety – Clients are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to receiving treatments.

  4. Payments – All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. We accept major payment methods as listed on our website.

  5. Right to Refuse Service – Moonlight Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior or fails to follow spa policies.
